We're so excited to bring our Post Natal Yoga programme in an all new online format.
We've revamped the handouts to suit a 'live' online class setting, as well as re-designed the exercises for a home practice.
Our Post Natal Yoga programme online will held twice weekly over two weeks via Zoom. The programme focuses on physical recovery and rehabilitation of the postpartum body, as well as mental and emotional supporting for your mothering journeys through our Mothers' Circles. Covering both theory as well as practical applications, the 4 sessions are scoped with a view to equip mothers with knowledge about their postpartum body so that they may ease themselves back into general fitness and movement based activities.
The sessions will specifically cover:
- Rehabilitation of pelvic muscles through Holistic Pelvic Care methods
- Strengthening core support from within
- Releasing neck, shoulder and lower back tension, and joint care
