One of the most striking features of Indian classical dance is the use of hand gestures. Speaking in dance via gestures, rather than orally, in order to visually convey story, events or describing objects, as well expressing emotions.
Apsaras Arts has designed a unique program for young kids to be exposed to this fascinating feature of Indian dance, and learn to express themselves using these beautiful hand gestures.
