15 Stamford by Alvin Leungis bringing out a special Easter Sunday four-course menu to addon to its a la carte service. On top of classicfavourites like its Bak KutTehPorkRibs andHarMi Linguine, a true taste of Easter comes in a menu of wholesome home flavours from bothland and sea.

The menu will start off with 62°C Hen’s Egg, served with wilted spinach and humid soil fortexture and finished with smoked Sabayon for dimension in flavour. It will then warm up with Pan Fried Fjord Trout, served with crispy skin still intact, celeriac rémoulade, shellfishemulsion and a dash of lobster oil for the best sweetness of the sea. The main will impresswith the15 Stamford Easter Roast Beef Plate, served with the full trimmings of potato gratinand charred broccoletti, all doused in a full-bodied Sarawak black pepper sauce. Wrapping things up with be a Pineapple Egg Nest, served as a delicate tuille on a bed of fragrant oatsoil and Asian spice ice cream.
