Delivered and collected mooncakes are non-refundable nor exchangeable. Cancelled orders are non-refundable.

For self-collection orders, the collection point will be at 13 Stamford Road, #B2-53, Capitol Singapore, Singapore 178905, between 11:00 and 19:00.
