Participants will be doing hands-on cooking/baking for Vanilla cake and Tiramisu including making vegan mascarpone from scratch. Vegan Frosting will be available for those who might want to dress up their cakes. The chef will demo the Salted Caramel ice-cream with detailed instructions and recipes. Please bring your own take-away boxes.
