Intermediate Climbing Techniques which includes:

• Mental Techniques - Route Reading & Visualisation
• Advanced Dynamic Movements - Dead-point & Dynos
• Sitting-In
• Layback 
• Heel-Hooking 

A practical session for both Top Rope and bouldering.

Prerequisites:

• 13 years old and above
• Attended the Fundamental Climbing Workshop or;
• Able to do a 5c+ to 6a comfortably
