We are delighted to announce our "French holidays" Christmas cooking camp for children who would like to master their cooking skills or who would like to get their first experience.
This year, our traditional Christmas cooking classes are under the exciting theme of French Holidays. Each day participants are going to explore new cuisines and prepare traditional Christmas dishes. Kids and teenagers can experience being real Chefs at Tomato Cooking School, which might be their first step towards a future career! Christmas cooking classes are professionally equipped: each participant gets a cooking station together with the necessary ingredients and utensils. Your child will cook independently under the guidance of our supportive and experienced chefs. Young chefs will get to take home all their delicious creations, so you will be able to taste them as well!
Our Christmas cooking camp is designed to provide young learners with ample opportunities, through a weekly menu that includes:
- Monday - French Scrambled Eggs, Served on Buttery Toast, Crepes Au Sucre and Non-alcoholic Coq Au Vin, Rich Chocolate Mousse
- Tuesday - Potage Cultivateur, Normandy Apple Tart, Creamy Chicken Cardamon, Orange and Pear Compote
- Wednesday - French Lentil and Vegetable Stew, Clementine and Cranberry Jelly, Pissaladiere, Kiwi-Cream Eclairs with Green Apple Glaze
- Thursday - Quiche with Zucchini and Feta Cheese Pumpkin, Chocolate and Toasted Pumpkin-seed Cream Puffs Roasted Chicken Leg and Gratin Dauphinoise Pain D’Epices
- Friday - Eggs Benedict with Mornay Sauce and Sauteed Spinach, White Chocolate and Nutmeg Tart Aligot, Green Peas Sauteed in Butter and Roasted Chicken Sausages, Maple Syrup Creme Brulee
