Get ready for a Doodle-licious of FUN! this June holidays at United Square as the mall promises to wow the kids and the whole family with a truckload of activities

14 – 23 June
Doodle-Le-Do Live Demo Sessions, followed by Workshops

Do you know that doodling has been seen as a distraction from the work of learning? It helps to relieve boredom and frustration, and it also enhance a child’s attention, memory and learning. Watch the designer artists – Jan Doodle and Zamzammee from Netherlands and Malaysia as they perform ‘LIVE’ freehand doodle art in a 30-min session.

Parent-and-child teams can participate in the workshop sessions guided by the artist – Jan Doodle to unleash their creativity by doodling with cubes or plastic balls. Jan Doodle’s specially designed doodle colouring sheets are also available for kids to colour and doodle on the spot and take home their masterpieces after the workshop.

The event aims to bring forth a learn through play experience for school going children to educate them on how they are able to divert their stress and at the same time, reuse and recycle old materials to transform it into a piece of art.

Exhibition, Contest and Enter the Singapore Book of Records!

Besides the workshops and demo shows, check out the specially designed artworks & caps by the two talented artists, Jan Doodle & Zamzammee, which will be on display from 14 June to 23 June 2019 at B1 Atrium.

You are also invited to enter Zamzammee’s Doodle Cube and immerse yourself in a 360 view of his ‘LIVE’ doodle works at the atrium. No admission fee is required. Over the two weekends, there will be contests such as Daddy’s Doodle Design and Doodle Cube Competitions. Winners stand to walk away with prizes.

United Square is attempting to enter the Singapore Book of Records with the Most Number of Doodled Cups. This will take place on Saturday, 22 June at 3:30pm. Shoppers are welcome to participate and seize the opportunity to make history. First 50 shoppers to sign up will walk away with a goodie bag.
