Our team of certified instructors at VF Fitness are dedicated to help individuals achieve their fitness goals through martial arts.

 

We welcome members from all walks of life to train with us regardless of skill or fitness level. 

VF Fitness is a beginner-friendly gym with classes that are suitable for all ages and fitness levels. 

  • Muay Thai - sometimes referred to as "Thai boxing", is a Dynamic and explosive class that incorporates Muay Thai techniques with an intense cardio workout. Increase your aerobic capacity, learn conditioning drills that improve your strength, agility and quickness while burning close to 1,000 calories a class!  Suitable for all fitness levels. 
  • Strength & Conditioning - Test the limits of your endurance with a 45 minutes of extreme circuit training. Improve your strength, conditioning, stamina and flexibility with several intense agility exercises.  Suitable for all fitness levels. 

  • Private Training - One-on-one sessions with one of our trainers will help you reach your goals with individualized attention and is perfect for those that have very specific goals or limitations. Our personal trainers will specifically target your needs and teach you to work out safely and effectively. Available for Muay Thai, Boxing as well as Strength & Conditioning
