- 2.30pm - 3.15pm: Jazz
- 3.15pm - 3.45pm: Tea break
- 3.45pm - 4.45pm: Hip Hop
- 4.45pm - 5.45pm: Latin dancesport
- 5.45pm - 6pm: Debrief
