We have a series of cooking and baking classes for aspiring chefs!
Junior Chef (Juniors aged 10 - 16 years)
This course is designed to introduce aspirational cooks to the basic skills required to prepare simple dishes, salads and desserts. It covers a variety of recipes and techniques. Participants will be introduced to a variety of ingredients, safe handling of cooking equipment and basic principles of cooking.
This course can be completed hands-on in the studio, online, or through a combination of online and in-class learning.
Participants who complete all four lessons will be awarded a Certificate of Completion.
- Lesson 1: Hearty Breakfast - Fluffy Pancakes, Omelettes and Apple Crumbles
- Lesson 2: Japanese Flavours - Japanese Fried Rice, Oven-Baked Teriyaki Chicken and Tamago
- Lesson 3: Italian Flavours - Handmade Pasta with Fresh Tomato and Basil Sauce and Panna Cotta
- Lesson 4: Thai Flavours - Basil Chicken, Spring Rolls and Coconut Sago

This course is designed to give junior bakers the basic skills required to bake cakes, desserts, bread and cookies. It covers a variety of recipes and techniques. Participants will learn how to weigh and measure ingredients, use baking equipment and basic principles of baking.
This course can be completed hands-on in the studio, online, or through a combination of online and in-class learning.
Participants who complete all four lessons will be awarded a Certificate of Completion.

Pizza and Unicorn Cupcakes - Parent and Child
What is more fun than playing with dough and icing? In this parent and child workshop, each pair will make a pizza from scratch and a set of cupcakes. Learn how to mix, kneed and stretch pizza dough, then top it with your favourite toppings, fresh herbs from our garden and lots of cheese!!
For the cupcakes, each pair will make a set of 6 cupcakes and decorate it with rainbow cream. Complete it with unicorn toppers for a bit of magic.
Handmade Pasta and Chocolate Chip Cookies - Parent and Child
This is one of my favourite workshops! Learn how to make pasta from scratch. Mix, kneed, stretch and cut your own pasta. We will make a light and fresh tomato sauce with a sprinkling of fresh herbs from our garden.
Because everyone deserves a sweet treat now and then, we will make chocolate chip cookies to take home!
