Join in the fun and explore the world of bugs as you sing about them, move like them, paint them, and possibly even hold them!
Ladybugs, beetles and bees, oh my! What pre-schooler doesn't love learning about insects and spiders? Kids will be exploring the different characteristics between insects and spiders, encouraging them to think about sorting and classification. Children will also be reading Eric Carle’s 'The Very Hungry Caterpillar', and discovering these creepy crawlies’ behaviours and habitats too!
This programme is recommended for children aged 4 to 6 years old. Admission is free, but registration is required.
About Children’s Hut
Children’s Hut is a growing educational company that believes that early education is fundamental for future learning. Their programmes are designed to prepare children for their transition to the wider community and help them to become confident, independent, and active members of our society. Children’s Hut endeavours to create a setting in which children will find comfort and security, and offers an abundance of opportunities for self-discovery, supporting children's individual needs, interests and abilities. They believe that every child has the potential to be the best he/she can be. By preserving the excitement and wonder of childhood, children will experience the joy of learning, and become life-long learners and global citizens with a heart. With the child’s best interests at heart, they are authors of the book, ‘HELP! My Child Can’t Read!’. This book contains guides and tips for both parents and teachers to develop their child’s learning journey.
