About the artist
Roy Koo is the founder of IGNITE VR and has been experimenting with virtual reality and 3D printing technology recently to create unconventional interactive installations.

About the artist
Shafeeq Hafiz is currently a Bachelor of Arts (Electronic Music) student at LASALLE College of the Arts. He was first introduced and exposed to electronics and coding in his second year in college. He is currently coordinating the Media Lab at LASALLE College of the Arts in Singapore.

GRIDI
- Venue: Esplanade Concourse
Become a music composer instantly! GRIDI is an accessible and intuitive installation that puts the power of music composition in the hands of anyone that encounters it.
About Yuvi Gernstein
A music producer, guitarist and maker, with formal training from the Jerusalem music academy (2001–2005) specialising in jazz guitar and a master’s degree in creative practice (2010–2011) from Goldsmiths, University of London. Gerstein is also co-founder of the hip hop funk band Coolooloosh (2003–2013), and co-founder of The Slick Studio (since 2013), a recording studio at the heart of Tel Aviv’s vibrant Florentin neighbourhood.
In 2015, Gerstein created GRIDI , a large scale midi sequencer, which allows several users to create electronic music together, in an intuitive and visual way. The idea was to translate the methodology of music composition on computers, which every music producer uses every day, into a physical installation in the real world for everyone to enjoy. Gerstein worked with a team of amazing engineers and programmers and GRIDI has since toured Europe at festivals and events. A video tribute to Michael Jackson’s Billie Jean played by Gerstein on GRIDI has gained over 40 million views on Facebook and set off Gerstein’s career as a music technology innovator. Since then he has created other interactive projects such as Post Post, and is dedicated to further develop the connection between music, technology and innovation.
