Illustrator Patrick Yee shares some of his simple drawing techniques and how he created all his wonderful characters from his picture books.
As participants have a chance to make, write and draw their own books in this talk, Yee will also suggest a few art activities to explore interesting ways of teaching young children Mandarin, so as to motivate children to express themselves better in the language.
Activity materials will be provided on a first-come, first-served basis. Limited quantity available.
