Bhangra is a traditional high-energy folk dance and genre of music that originated in the Northern state of Punjab, India.
It was first performed during the month of Vesakhi, when Punjabi farmers would harvest their crops and celebrate the coming of Spring.
With a mix of live music and energetic beats, SherePunjab Bhangra will get you tapping your feet and dancing along to the rhythm of the music.
This performance will consist of a variation of dance styles including Bedi, Dhamaal, Jhummar, Jugni/Chaal and prop segments such as Saaps and Khundey.
