Fascination with motion and illusion is as old as the story of human civilisation.
Also known as the wheel of life, zoetropes produce animations through slits in rotating cylinders.
But how does a zoetrope work and what kinds of still images move?
Join in this hands on workshop, learn to sketch for motion and bring some snakes to life instantly with 3D printed zoetropes.
This workshop is designed to be beginner friendly. Most of the materials in the workshop are designed and created lovingly with the help of friends at 360FOSSIL. Any flaws in the material is a result of labour of love.
