Enjoy a live Chado (tea ceremony) demonstration at the Flower Dome! Also known as The Way of Tea, Chado is a traditional Japanese cultural activity where matcha and a Japanese sweet are ceremonially prepared and served.

Members exclusive! Friends of the Gardens members may sign up for a first-hand Chado experience on a pay-as-you-like basis. All proceeds will go towards Gardens by the Bay’s Gift of Gardens community outreach initiative.
