Many parents worry about their children. Parents see children doing their homework while texting their friends and listening to their iPods and wonder if they can really concentrate in their studies this way.

Focus and self-control are central to the other life skills like critical thinking and communication. If we want our children to achieve their life goals, they have to learn to have self-control.
