The Outreach and Education Unit (OEU) at the Lee Kong Chian Natural History Museum (LKCNHM) is pleased to present ‘Thursday Talk Shop’ sessions during this school holidays.
These half an hour chat sessions will be casual yet educational and hence suitable for all ages. The last 15 minutes will be open to questions from participants, so ask away about any questions you’ve ever had about the topic or about what we do at LKCNHM.
Joining us next Thursday is Mohammad Reza Cordova, a researcher in the Research Centre for Oceanography, Indonesian Institute of Sciences (LIPI). Reza’s research interest in marine pollution, ecotoxicology, and environmental stress led him to be a part of the inter-ministerial Indonesian National Coordination Team to conduct a study and design a policy for handling marine plastic debris. He also wears many hats; he lectures in several universities in Indonesia and is a co-founder of several local community activities in Bogor, Indonesia, to handle and manage waste.
