Gymnastics can be considered one of the best foundation sports for all other sports as well as for life.
NorthStar Gymnastics Foundation Camp will develop skills that a child can also use and cross-train in other sports including dance, cheerleading, martial arts, climbing, and parkour. Most importantly, campers will gain confidence, self-worth, endurance and strength in a well-structured class while having fun!
The camp incorporate skills development on Olympic apparatus such as the vault, parallel bars, balance beam, high bar and spring floor etc. as well as some applications of gymnastics to other sports.
