School’s out! Join us for OBJECTIFS JUNIORS’ fun, hands-on workshops exploring different aspects of photography and film.

Along the way, participants will learn about the possibilities of visual storytelling, make new friends and practise teamwork and problem-solving, and get to express themselves creatively and develop their unique voice!

These workshops are recommended for ages 5 to 12. No prior experience is required.

MINECRAFT MAGIC ANIMATORS’ CAMP

7 to 9 Jun 2022, 10am to 12.30pm daily | $290

Do your kids spend a lot of time playing Minecraft? Why not let them learn a new skill these holidays with our Minecraft-themed animation camp?

Participants will learn from professional animators how to design original characters with unique features and the detailed worlds they come from, using everyday objects and craft materials. Once their characters, props and set are prepared, they’ll explore different types of shots and create simple storyboards to map our their vision, before using a free stop-motion mobile app to shoot their stop-motion sequence.

Equipped with these skills and access to this free app, they can independently continue their animation journeys for months to come!

JUNIOR DETECTIVES PHOTOGRAPHY CAMP

13 to 15 Jun 2022, 10am to 12.30pm daily | $220

These holidays, let your kids embark on a spy-themed adventure to learn more about photography through exciting challenges and photo hunts.

In this fun, hands-on workshop, participants will first learn how to use a digital camera, and tips to take great photos. Then, it’s time to put their observational skills to the test as they work in teams to solve fun challenges around Objectifs and our colourful Bras Basah Bugis neighbourhood.

With tips that are applicable to both digital and smartphone cameras, they can continue to practise photography on a daily basis!

YOUNG YOUTUBERS FILMMAKING CAMP

13 to 15 Jun 2022, 2.30pm to 5pm daily | $220

YouTube is an exciting platform on which your kids can share their skills, interests and opinions with the world.

In this hands-on workshop, they will learn how to transform an everyday space into an interesting backdrop to shoot content, and put their skills into practice by shooting around Objectifs in teams.

They will then edit our footage with a free video editing app, and learn how to create finishing touches like titles, captions, music and even simple animations. By the end of the workshop, they will be ready to create their very own YouTube videos to express themselves!
