What
In conjunction with tailored fables, the Ouat Mat™ aims to create a child enrichment program. The program provides an experience in bonding and learning. It also serves as an introductory to Yoga and further practice for experienced children. Each story creates a non-competitive environment of learning and engagement in Yoga. Children can learn and improve on yoga poses and story comprehension, at their own pace. Through the program, most children are expected to experience supplemental development in the following categories.

Why
We want to create a physical interactive experience between caregiver and child in the age of increasing digital screen time for young children. Certified Yoga teachers frequently use story-telling to engage children. However, they face challenges in maintaining children's focus to follow abstract instruction in Yoga poses. The OUAT Mat™ is conceptualized to improve lesson execution, by providing visual guidance on the mat, even by caregivers with little or no experience in Yoga .

The Ouat Mat™ provides an immersive story-telling experience, unlike ever before. Easily guide children in Yoga with pictorial cues on the mat, while narrating an engaging fairy tale. Pictorial cues strategically positioned, based on anthropometric data, guide children in hands and feet placement for various yoga poses.
