Fancy a picnic accompanied by a live band performance? Spend an evening at the Symphony Stage at the Singapore Botanic Gardens with the Singapore Police Force (SPF) Combined Band on 12 February 2023, Sunday at 5.30pm.
Established in 1925, the band is one of the oldest bands in Singapore. It has evolved from a strictly regimental marching band to a combined band that performs various genres of music.
Performing under the baton of Director of Music, Superintendent of Police Sulaiman Bin Abdul Wahab, the SPF Combined Band comprising the SPF Band, the Women Police Pipes and Drums (WPPD) and the Gurkha Contingent Pipes and Drums (GCPD) Platoon, will be performing a variety of genres ranging from marches, traditional bagpipe music, jazz classics and many more!
