Calling all nature-loving children!

We invite you on a breathtaking journey to uncover some of the most fascinating buildings inspired by or built for nature, from around the world. Buildings inspired by forests, trees, animals, marine world.. What do you enjoy most about the nature and how can you incorporate that into your building design? Have you lived in a tree and what features would your tree structure have?

About the workshop

In this workshop, you’ll be introduced to the basics of organic and ecological architecture, as well as explore the special characteristics of living in nature. Over the three days, we'll enrich your sensory and learning experiences with different tactile activities and modelling techniques.

You’ll learn to perceive scale, space and the difference between organic and non-organic shapes and then build your own versions of nature-inspired buildings or structures, including a treehouse!

Re-think architecture and celebrate the beauty of nature in your creation. We can’t wait to see the amazing designs you’ll come up with!
