• Vanilla Cream Cheese Frosting
• Fondant Modelling Techniques to make 2D snowman toppers
• Basic Cupcake Decorating Techniques

What you will prepare:

• 6-8 pcs of fondant decorated cupcakes
• 2-4 pcs of extra cupcakes with buttercream frosting

What the fee includes:

• Use of quality kitchen equipment
• ToTT apron

• Recipe printout

Class format:

• Introduction to Chef Claire Marie Chang, class structure and ingredients.
• Demonstration of each recipe by Chef Claire Marie Chang followed by hands-on session by participants.
• Discussion with chef including tips, techniques and troubleshooting (throughout class).
