Catch the debut of Guy Diamond from DreamWorks Animation’s Trolls and Madagascar’s King Julien, as he cruises by in his sweet tropical ride with colourful hula characters. There’s also a whole new themed selfie zone based on your favourite characters that you won’t want to miss. So come over for our thrilling rides, delicious island flavours and more for a tropical adventure at Universal Studios Singapore.

  • Mahalo Memories

Head down to our interactive selfie zone and join in the photo fun. The exciting, eye-catching themes include DreamWorks Animation’s Trolls and Madagascar, the velociraptor from Jurassic World and Illumination’s mischievous Minions. You can also pose with props at our other tropical-themed photo ops– so get creative!

  • Cruisin’ the Street Meet and Greet with King Julien

Look out for King Julien as he cruises down New York in his sweet tropical ride. His grooviness and our colourful hula characters will add an island vibe to your day. Just remember to move it, move it!

  • The Hunt for King Kahula

Everyone’s on the lookout for him and so should you! King Kahula is hiding in four locations within Universal Studios Singapore, and if you find all of them, you’ll take home a surprise gift. Just take a selfie with him in all the locations to win!

  • Aloha Talk with King Kahula

All Hail King Kahula! He’s the King of Fun and for good reason! This fast-talking and music-loving tiki loves meeting and joking with visitors to his home – Walamak Island. Be sure to introduce yourself and share a little about Singapore!

  • Tiki Time with the Stars!

See your favourite characters as they join King Kahula to show off their tropical island outfits. There’ll also be hip-swaying hula characters and tiki stilt-walkers, so get your cameras ready!

How to get there?

By Train / Sentosa Express  

  • Take North-East line or Circle line to HarbourFront station.
  • Take Exit E to VivoCity and proceed to level 3 to board the Sentosa Express. Alight 1 stop later at Waterfront station.
  • Walk straight till you see Chili's Restaurant on your right. Turn right and head towards the Universal Studios Globe.

By Bus  

  • Take buses 65, 80, 93, 188, 855, 10, 30, 97, 100, 131, 143, 145 or 166 and alight at VivoCity.
  • Board bus RWS8 from bus stop 14141 at VivoCity or bus stop 14121 at Merrill Lynch, HarbourFront. Alight at Resorts World Sentosa drop-off point.
  • Enter via The Forum and turn left to take the escalator up to level 1.
  • Keep left and walk till you see the Universal Studios Globe.

By Cable Car  

  • Walk towards Exit B within HarbourFront train station.
  • Follow the directional signs leading to Singapore Cable Car station at HarbourFront Tower ll.
  • Board the cable car and disembark at Imbiah station.
  • Take the Sentosa Express and alight 1 stop later at Waterfront station.
  • Walk straight till you see Chili's Restaurant on your right. Turn right and head towards the Universal Studios Globe.

By Car  

  • On Sentosa Gateway, keep to left lane and drive down the slope leading to Resorts World Sentosa Car Park.
  • Filter right and drive into tunnel for "Cars/Taxis".
  • Follow overhead signage to "B1 East" and park vehicle.
  • Locate nearest Car Park Map Directory and follow directions to Universal Studios Singapore on level 1.


On Foot  

  • Proceed to level 1 of VivoCity and look for directions to the Boardwalk.
  • Upon reaching the entrance of Sentosa island, head towards Trick Eye Museum.
  • Keep left and walk till you see the Universal Studios Globe.
