What A Mess! believes that young children learn through play and exploration using their 5 senses.
Sensory activities stimulate the sense of touch, smell, taste, sight and hearing, which encourage children to use scientific processes while they investigate and create. The combination of stories with sensory plays allow children to form an image in their minds on the purpose of their playing, that it relates to the stories they have been read.
With the use of the great outdoors, What A Mess! is giving children the freedom of space and movement. Having spent most of their time indoors in school or at home, the outdoors is a great place for children and parents to spend quality bonding time. So come join, for a day of sunshine and mess!
