ThePatsy is a state-of-the-art kitchen and bakery located in Wong Chuk Hang in southern Hong Kong!

thePatsy was built upon the co-owners' passionate belief that good health comes from good food and that it's never too early (or too late) to discover the joy of cooking healthy and delicious meals for yourself and loved ones.

In its 3,500-square-foot space, thePatsy has three fully equipped kitchens with top-of-the-line appliances, a separate studio dedicated to bakery, and a VIP dining room that can accommodate 12 guests.

Culinary workshops give adults a chance to bond over a mutual love of food as they learn new skills to create a three-course meal or specialty dishes.
Workshops for children focus on teaching young chefs what goes into the food they eat and having them experience the satisfaction of a home-cooked meal.

thePatsy also has its own bakery that sells artisanal cakes and cupcakes, using only premium imported ingredients and reputable manufacturers of local products.

PatsyStudio

Cooking is a valuable life skill that lays the foundation for good health and great lifetime habits and encourages creativity. At ThePatsy, they believe every child should be given the opportunity to learn to cook and enjoy the process of making a meal, and that is why they created the PatsyStudio, which gives budding chefs a fun and safe environment to learn about the basics of cooking. In addition to introducing children to the joy of cooking, the PatsyStudio workshops are designed to educate student about where their food comes from and to get them to think about the nutritional value of their food.

PtsyStudio offers a daily schedule of cooking, baking and creativity art & craft programs for various age levels. The menus for programs Ohana 1+1 (all ages), Kidder Chef (5 – 6 years), Freshie Chef (7 – 10 years), Allievo Chef (11 – 14 years) and Teen Chef (14+ years) celebrate different seasons and cultures and include both sweet and savory recipes.

With the assistance of a teacher, students take a total hands-on approach to their meals. Age-appropriate kitchen tools are used, and safety is emphasized throughout the workshop.
