After all the festivities, the restaurant is celebrating the turn of the new year with cauliflower and smoked Fjord trout, Wagyu beef cheek with ratte potato puree and wild rice, and more.
They come in a six-course set complete with wine pairing and special invitation access to the Eden Residences’ rooftop for a fireworks display.
