We're excited to introduce our Art Therapy sessions, designed to nurture and support mothers and women on their journey to well-being.
Art therapy offers a powerful outlet for expression and healing, allowing mothers to explore emotions, enhance self-awareness, and develop coping strategies. Led by experienced Art therapists Amanda Chen from Art for Good and Kit Louis from Art Storey, our sessions provide a safe and supportive space for up to 8 participants to connect, create, and thrive.
Sessions commence in May:
- Wednesdays, 10:30am - 12pm at Art for Good studio (#02-24 Siglap Centre)
- Fridays, 10:30am - 12pm at @artstoreysg home studio (53 Woo Mon Chew Rd)
