Lunchtime Concerts at ACM

Your favourite free concerts are back with a twist.


For the first time ever, this season features music inspired by ACM's galleries. Enriching and enrapturing Fridays are on us! Brought to you by ACM and Yong Siew Toh Conservatory of Music.

Concerts are now at 12.30pm, last about an hour, and are suitable for all over the age of 4. Grab lunch at Privé or Empress before and after for a tasty, sonorous Friday.

  • 8 Mar: Piano

A definite crowd pleaser - join us for an indulgent session presented by the Conservatory's pianists.

  • 15 Mar: Piano Chamber

The more the merrier! The Conservatory's pianists team up with other departments in a musical rhapsody.

  • 22 Mar: String Chamber

Playing off one another, Yong Siew Toh's strings students promise an intimate afternoon of chamber music.

  • 29 Mar: Wind And Brass

Enjoy the harmonious sounds of wind and brass instruments as the students re-interpret popular classics.

  • 4 Apr: Cantiamo

Sing along or pick up a new language as the Voice department showcases operas from all over the world.

  • 12 Apr: Jazz

Chase the blues away with the last concert of the season. Singapore jazz legend Dr Tony Makarome and his students always ensure a swinging, swell time.

How to get there?

By public transport: The ACM is a 5-minute walk from Raffles Place MRT station (Exit H). 
By car: Can be reached via a road behind Victoria Theatre and Concert Hall, off Fullerton Road near Anderson Bridge.

Parking: At the basement car park of the New Parliament House, at Six Battery Road and at One Fullerton across from the Fullerton Hotel.
