Bex and Laura are both physios with a combined experience of 35 years and both specialise in women's health running HEALTH2MAMA in Singapore. Laura is the pelvic floor expert and Bex the Diastasis Recti & Prenatal/Postnatal training expert and mother. They own Health2mama which is a branch of Health2u, a company which specialises in providing services to people at their home as well as in their central clinic in Telok Ayer. The team has 8 physios all specialising in providing health services to mums hence the name Health2mama including pelvic floor rehab, diastasis recti healing, lactation relief (incl. blocked milk ducts), prenatal/postnatal massage and prenatal/postnatal exercise training.
