Camp Kido is a bi-monthly Sunday series for our young campers & campers who are young at heart.
Explore your wild side with hands-on crafts, go on a whimsical adventure in our Blanket Fort, or make new friends at our street party activities. Hungry campers can also look forward to special Camp Kido platters & mocktails after a long day of exploration & discovery.
For this edition, we're teaming up with our friends from NetFit to bring you HIIT classes for the moms and dads, and art workshops for the kiddos!
NetFit was conceived by Ryan and Shaf to bridge the gap between parents and kids, friends and family. A fun filled event to bond over activities that will cultivate both body and mind.
Be part of a new, unique low impact mobility HIIT workout for the adults created by Ryan. Think all the flexibility benefits of yoga, paired with the fat burn of a HIIT class. All this without the constant jumping and impact to your joints. A truly sustainable fitness program that will support you in all the activities you enjoy in life.
Also look out for a jumping clay workshop for the young and the young at heart led by Shaf, who will be guiding you towards expanding your creativity and learning to express yourself through your own personal creations that you get to bring home!
