Prenatal Movement & Mindful Childbirth classes

A gentle balanced class focusing on postures to help relieve pregnancy-related discomforts such as fatigue, back pain and heartburn whilst helping to keep the body strong and flexible.


Breathing exercises and visualizations are also practiced to help manage physical, mental and emotional changes that pregnancy can bring, as well as assist in coping with the demands of labour and birth. Classes are open to all pregnant women after 12- 14 weeks, up to the end of pregnancy. If you are concerned about any issues, please check with your Doctor before attending class.
