Your centre would have received the Early READ resources (Activity toolkit and storybooks). Through this resource, they hope to recommend suitable books and reading-related activities that educators can use at the centre.
The workshop will cover the following:
- use of the Early READ activity toolkit
- techniques of storytelling
- activities to encourage reading
- genres in children’s literature (0-6 years old)
- good picture books
