Head down to Cheng San Public Library for fun-filled upcycling workshop where you will get the chance to transform your plastic bags and plastic food wrappers into flowers and butterflies.
Participants are encouraged to bring their plastic bags and/or plastic food wrappers. Please note that the plastic bags and/or plastic food wrappers should be colourful and clean.
This programme is suitable for children aged 7 to 12 and is limited to 25 participants.
