Highlights

Yoga

  • Exercise helps boost mood by lowering stress hormones, increasing endorphins, but yoga can affect mood by elevating brain chemical - gamma-aminobutyric acid (GABA), associated with better mood and decreased anxiety*. Join us for a rooftop Community Sunrise Yoga at 7:30am to experience the therapeutic effect of outdoor Yoga in the peaceful green oasis at our rooftop farm. This program will also become a staple program in Sky Sprouts.

Bike Blender

  • This bicycle powered blender does more than blending smoothies in an interesting way. It demonstrates the blending of concerns for health, for the environment, for innovation and for bringing people together. Come participate in pedalling and watch a jug of fruits transformed into a colourful, tasty and healthy drink. This activity encourages a higher consumption of fruits by blending fun with exercise and science.

The Sunflower Project

Collective gardening and interaction with nature can cultivate better physical and mental health as well as forge stronger cross-generational bonds. Sunflowers are recognised as a globally recognised symbol of mental health and resilience - The Sunflower Project is Sky Sprouts’ inaugural initiative aimed at promoting mental wellness advocacy. Prior to the launch, more than 200 sunflowers were planted to symbolise solidarity and kinship with those who are struggling with mental health challenges. You will be learning how to make a sunflower bouquet and this will be donated along with a handwritten message to spread positivity.
