Hear from medical experts on topics ranging from Metabolic Syndrome, How to Start Exercising and Eating Right. Also focusing on health, from a financial perspective, they have speaker from Aviva who will share with you on how you can protect yourself from Financial Hardship due to illness.
Free but registration is required. Limited to 50 seats.

Flow Rider
Enjoy the afternoon with your family after the public forum. Wave House's surf instructors will be on hand to teach you to surf with 3000 gallons/ minutes of water at 32km/h gushing out at you!
Free tickets are available on a first come first served basis and will only be issued when you attend the Public Forum.
