Genius Assembly Robotics & Coding Camps

  • Lego Science & Robotics (6-8 yrs)

This is a unique camp that teaches robotics and computational thinking clubbed with a Science Theme.

Students build and program different machines each day using Lego and program them using block based programming language.

The progression and difficulty level in the projects allow students to develop competency while exploring and learning about key science topics.

Devices and Lego sets will be provided by us.

Lego education sets( Lego Wedo 2.0 and Simple Machines) will be used during this course

  • Lego Advanced Robotics (9-12 yrs)

This course is a hands-on, cross-curricular program that engages and challenges school students to practice their STEM and robotics skills in a ‘near real-world’ environment. Easily adaptable to fit any learning environment, MINDSTORMS EV3 offers the opportunity for confidence-boosting in-depth study, preparing students to pursue further education in computer science, engineering and other related areas.

  • Early Coding & Robotics

Coding & Robotics course for early learners is a creative and intuitive program that introduces preschoolers to early coding and critical 21st century skills, while naturally sparking their curiosity, creativity and desire to explore and learn together.

Kids do various activities to learn the concepts of coding and robotics. Building models using Early Simple machines, Learning coding concepts using Lego Coding express, Using electric motors to run the machines, Animation coding activity are some of the lessons covered during the camp.

All Lego sets and blocks used will be "Duplo"

  • Microbit (7-9 yrs)

micro:bit is a pocket-sized computer designed by the BBC in the UK. It is used by schools in the UK to teach computer education initially. Many schools world-wide started adopting using micro:bit to teach computing as part of the push towards STEAM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Arts & Mathematics) education.
The course has a unique mix of introductory notes and fun challenges that will get the learners programming the micro:bit in no time. Each participant will get a micro:bit to learn about the hardware and how to program it using the block editor.

  • AI for kids (9-12 yrs)

Artificial Intelligence (A.I.) is the ability for computers to do things that are considered attributes of intelligence: processing language, understanding pictures, detecting patterns, etc.
The environment in which our children are growing up includes instances of A.I. driven devices and services. There is a pragmatic reason for teaching kids about A.I. which is its direct bearing on employability and future career success. This is a powerful way of robot-proofing your kids.

Computer vision, Face recognition, Speech recognition , Game development are some of the interesting modules of the course.
