As a mother herself, Susan understands it can be difficult to find a sitter and commute back and forth, so just bring your family with you
Children can practice alongside on their own mats or sit nearby and rest or play. The idea is to move our bodies outdoors in a comfortable space in a social setting.
This is an all levels class so poses and exercises can be modified to suit your needs and ability. Remember to bring your own yoga mat, towel and water bottle.
