In need of lock down entertainment for the kids? The Hollandse Club has teamed up with Chef Tim from The Cooking Club to run a special kids cooking class on Zoom.
The whole family can join in with this free, hour-long, interactive class to make fabulous brownies.
Here's all you'll need:
- A laptop, phone or tablet with Zoom installed
- Basic kitchen gear (bowls, pans, spoons)
- A responsible adult to supervise
Basic ingredients:
- 150g unsalted butter
- 150g dark chocolate
- 75g brown sugar
- 75g wholemeal flour
- 3 eggs
- 20g cocoa powder
