Rebounder (Mini Trampoline) Exercises

Rebounding exercise is about performing a series of controlled bouncing movements on a purpose built mini-trampoline called a Rebounder. The buoyant mat that forms the trampoline is made of industrial nylon that absorbs over 80% of the shock. This allows the development of joint-friendly aerobic exercise that is used by NASA, the USA Air Force, dancers, gymnasts and athletes.

They jump, bounce, dance and exercise through the music and end with a good stretch which all kids need!
