In these hands-on sessions learners will learn to cook simple desserts from Europe, such as tiramisu, panna cotta, chocolate fondant, Madeleines (small French pastries), Citron meringue (lemon tart) and pain au chocolat (chocolate bread).
The list of ingredients for the week will be shared before the course, together with the ingredient's photos and quantities.
Parents are welcomed to join in with their children to this programme!
