We know that being stuck at home can be frustrating.
We understand how difficult it can be to stay stimulated when you need to distance yourselves from friends and favourite hangouts. We also know that so many of you are fabulously creative, enjoy a challenge and like to support worthwhile causes.
Therefore, we would like to invite you to express your creativity and make a piece of art in response to the word “SGunited”.
Your art can be in whatever media you like; drawing, painting, printmaking, sculpture, collage, photography or video.
Due to the current social distancing to fight COVID-19 we welcome you to upload your artwork to Instagram*, tagging @isssingapore and three of your friends to invite them to join the challenge. You can submit as many entries as you like!
- Remember to hashtag #SGArtChallenge and #SGunited
- Entries are open to students 4-18 years old, currently enrolled in any local or international schools in Singapore.
- Valid entries will be entered into our prize draw that will take place within 10 working days of the end of Circuit Breaker measures.
- Winners will be notified via DM or email.
Alternatively should you not have access to Instagram you can also send a photo of your work, along with your name, age and school to engagement@iss.edu.sg.
*Parents can submit entries on behalf of young children who may not have an Instagram account.
ISS International School Singapore will donate $1 per entry to the Food Bank Singapore for the first thousand entries submitted. If you wish to make your own donation to this great cause visit here
We also suggest that you display your support to the Singapore Community and all the essential and frontline workers helping to fight the spread of COVID-19 by displaying your artwork publicly on your home windows.
