In this latest 10-part series of Jelly Bean Attic’s Toddler Art Workshops at the Singapore Art Museum, little tots get to discover various aspects of artistic elements and colours in engaging sensory craft.
Each week depicts a different theme and the kids will get to take home their little creations as a keepsake.
Sensory play and process art is a great way to give kids room to be themselves and learn about the world around them. Not only is it a fun activity, it also helps brain development as they actively use all their senses to explore.
By facilitating rather than instructing, the workshop allows the little ones room to discover various materials and mediums to create. It’s all about the creation process rather than the outcome.
Process art promotes:
- Spatial reasoning
- Fine motor skills
- Sensory exploration
- Gross motor skills and coordination
All materials provided.
