About the Instructor - Teacher Kelly
Kelly believes in introducing yoga to kids in a fun and constructive manner. Her kids’ yoga classes are carefully designed and planned to bring laughter, music, craft and simple yet creative yoga poses to the young ones. She is a firm believer that yoga can help kids to connect to their bodies and emotions better. She teaches at Prana Yoga KL in Malaysia.
