This playful yoga class incorporates creative storytelling, yoga and movement games for kids to develop body awareness, creativity, concentration, and self-expression while of course, having fun

With the schools' June holidays this month, Outta Hatha has invited Joyful Blossom Yoga Dance's teacher June Nyu and guest teacher Tom Condon, for a Kids Yoga Session - Stretch, Move and PLAY!

Children will also be learning breathing and imaginative relaxation techniques - we all know how precious that is in our modern, urban lives! The class is open to children aged between 4 - 10 years old.

June Nyu

June Nyu is a certified yoga teacher and received Dance Movement Therapy training in New Zealand and the UK. She completed her Diploma in Yoga Science, Practice and Lifestyle from Ananda Marga Singapore in 2013. She founded Joyful Blossom Yoga Dance to offer yoga for families and children in 2016. She endeavors to empower students to blossom joyfully through yoga and movement.

Tom Condon

Tom Condon is a Yoga Alliance registered E-RYT 200, RYT 500 teacher who has been practicing yoga for over 20 years and teaching for seven. He first met June Nyu in 2016 in Nepal where they started a collaboration to teach kids yoga together. Tom has a masters degree in biology and a secondary school teaching certificate. He teaches people of all ages with humour and compassion.
