Our 𝐅𝐚𝐦𝐢𝐥𝐲 𝐘𝐨𝐠𝐚 session will be infused with yoga, dance movement and the soothing sounds of the singing bowls. We will also be doing some craft work and create a flower mandala together! If you're looking for a creative and relaxing programme for the family, then come join us!

Our 𝐊𝐢𝐝𝐬 𝐘𝐨𝐠𝐚 session is more than just making shapes with the body! Get ready for a fun and interactive yoga experience through breathing exercises, movement games, singing, storytelling and more. Kids Yoga is designed for children help to build creativity, develop body awareness and introduce mindfulness in children - all while having a ton of fun! Psst.. guess what?? Parents are not required to stay for the duration of the class!
