Playdough provides an enormous amount of developmental, learning and sensory benefits for young children and is an essential part of every early childhood classroom experience. It is so much more than rolling out the dough and using cutters!  Join us as we explore the benefits and give examples of how playdough can be an engaging learning tool to use at home.

  • Language with a Difference – Strategies to help your child develop strong oral skills

Oral language lays the foundation for reading and writing skills and children use it in all aspects of their education – in the classroom as they connect with their peers and teachers and throughout their lives as they grow into adulthood. Unfortunately, at times miscommunication occurs or they are misunderstood as a result of poor diction and mispronunciation. In this webinar, we will share strategies to help you work with your child on improving their read-aloud and conversational skills in preparation for their oral presentations.
