Take advantage of the June school holidays to introduce your child to STEM! From May 31 – June 25, we’re offering some of our most popular holiday programs as 2-3 day STEM camps!
In our popular SuperHero Science, Once Upon a Time & Pokemon: Earth & Sky programs, kids will have a blast helping their favorite Avengers, fairytale characters or Pokemon to solve problems…with science! Kids will formulate “explosives” with chemical reactions, engineer crossbows with potential & kinetic energy, explore the mysteries of polymers and non-Newtonian fluids (with slime!), experiment with magnetism, blast off rockets with Newton’s 3 Laws of Motion, and so much more!
Alternatively, sign the kids up for spy school! In Spies & Secret Agents, kids will have a ton of fun exploring the science of sound (to build trip alarms!), studying cryptology to crack coded messages (and engineer their own coded lockboxes!), discovering the science behind light and lasers (and navigating a laser maze), and more!
Suffering from FOMO? Never fear! If your child just loves hands-on science experiments and wants to try a little bit of everything, sign up for our ever-popular Whizz, Pop, Bang! camp. With an exciting mix of physics and chemistry, kids will delight in ooey, gooey fizzy fun and have a blast discovering the mysteries of phase changes (with dry ice!), engineering with electricity (to make DIY flashlights), harnessing the forces of aerodynamics to launch rockets, and so much more! There’s a little something for everyone!
A dead body has been reported! In our fun forensic science program Junior C.S.I., aspiring detectives and fans of the videogame Among Us will try their hand at fingerprinting, deciphering hidden messages, identifying mysterious powders with forensic chemistry, and exploring the mysteries of DNA with monster genetics! Who is the Imposter? Red looks kinda suss but Orange has no alibi…
For aspiring geologists, join our exciting Doomsday: Earth Rescue program. A massive asteroid has collided with our Moon, precipitating a series of natural disasters on Earth! As students race against time to save the world from a series of catastrophic events, they will discover the science behind some of the most devastating natural disasters on our planet, taught by a real-life geologist and volcanologist!
Have a junior paleontologist or astronaut at home? Launch kids on a prehistoric or space exploration adventure with Dino Discovery & Space Camp! Through hands-on experiments, arts-and-crafts activities and engineering projects, young explorers will explore the wonders of prehistoric life and learn about planet Earth, space and our solar system.
